    Vegetarian Pasta Recipes

    One of my favorite vegetarian meals to enjoy for Lunch or Dinner is a good homemade pasta recipe. You can even make your own pasta with my Homemade Vegan Gnocchi or go for a complete recipe like my Creamy Truffle Mushroom Pasta or Lemon Butter Pasta with Peas & Leeks. All of these recipes can easily be adapted to be gluten-free or vegan!
