This Raspberry Orange Cold Brew Tea is incredibly easy to make and so refreshing! With just 6 ingredients, it's the perfect way to enjoy a refreshing raspberry iced tea all Summer long!

Last week, I made a Peach Cold Brew Tea as part of my Summer Sips series and loved it so much that I knew I needed to make another flavor! Enter in...Raspberry Orange Iced Tea! It's slightly tart, perfectly sweet, and so darn refreshing!
Ingredients:

Ingredient notes & substitutions:
- Raspberries: Must be fresh and ripe/soft for the best flavor! We muddle them to really infuse this tea.
- Black Tea: For this recipe, I used TeaPigs English Breakfast Tea, which I love!
- Any black tea works, or you can even substitute with Earl Grey Tea.
- You can also use Green Tea, but you will need to reduce the steeping time to about 4-6 hours. This is because green tea is unoxidized and develops a bitter taste faster.
- Mint: Gives a nice fresh flavor to this tea!
- Substitute 1:1 with any fresh herb such as basil, thyme, or rosemary.
- Make sure not to muddle the mint as it can release bitter flavors if crushed!
- Orange: Gives a sweet and tart flavor to this tea!
- I used navel oranges for this recipe, but I have also tested it with Cara Cara oranges, and it was delicious!
- Sliced limes or lemons are other great substitutes to try.
- Agave: This is totally optional, but it gives the tea a slightly sweeter flavor.
- Substitute honey or maple syrup for similar results!
- Add more for a sweeter tea. It will not change the other ratios in the recipe!
How to make raspberry cold brew tea:
Add ingredients to glass jar/teapot:
First, add the raspberries and use a muddler to lightly crush them so they release their juices. This ultimately gives your tea a more natural raspberry flavor!
Then, add in the sliced orange, black tea leaves, mint leaves, and the optional agave. Pour the water into the glass and gently mix together.

Steep tea 10-24 hours:
Cover the jar of tea and store it in the fridge for 10-24 hours to steep. The tea will go from a very clear color to a darker pink color over time.
P.S.: Here is the 51-ounce teapot I used to cold brew my tea. It has a filter built in, so it's SO easy to strain!

Strain & serve:
When the tea is ready, strain out all the mix-ins and pour it into a glass container (I used one from Ikea, but any jar works!).

Enjoy immediately or serve in a glass with slices of orange and fresh raspberries on top!
P.S: Here is the ice tray I used to get the mini ice cubes for this tea!

How do I store raspberry cold brew tea?
Cold brew tea must be stored in a tightly sealed container in the fridge, where it can last for about 2-3 days.
After that, there is a risk of bacteria developing as we are using fresh fruit.

I can't wait for you to try this easy Raspberry Orange Cold Brew Tea! It's so refreshing and could even make a great addition to a fun cocktail or mocktail. Enjoy!
