    Vegetarian Side Dishes

    These vegetarian side recipes made the perfect addition to any Lunch or Dinner recipe.

    My Vegan Mashed Potatoes,  Miso Brussel Sprouts, and Vegan Stuffing are all reader-favorites and great recipes to start with. For a lighter side, try the Fresh Tofu Spring rolls! All of these recipes are plant-based and egg-free and most are vegan.
