It's hard to pick favorites, but if I had to recommend four eggless & dairy free cookie recipes to start with, I would say these Funfetti Sugar Cookies, Lemon Sugar Cookies, Earl Grey Cookies and Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake are a few of my go-tos.
