Cauliflower
Olive Oil
Salt
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Dried Parsley
Sumac
Black Pepper
Tahini
Water
Lemon juice
Maple syrup
Garlic powder
Pomegranates
Fresh Parsley
Directions
Rinse & dry the cauliflower. Then, make the cauliflower marinade.
Directions
Add the cauliflower to a dutch oven pot and coat the bottom and top with the marinade.

Add the cauliflower to the oven and roast at 400F covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15-20 minutes.

About 5 minutes before the cauliflower is done roasting, make the maple tahini sauce.

Pour the maple tahini sauce on the cauliflower, then top with fresh pomegrantes & parsley!
