Tofu & Green Beans
Firm tofu Cornstarch Sesame oil Green beans Shallots
Tamari Sugar Ginger Ground pepper Thai basil
Coat the tofu in cornstarch & sauté until crispy. Add the shallots & green beans to a wok and sauté together.
Then, add the sauce & crispy tofu to the wok. To finish, serve with a garnish of Thai basil.
