Cut off tip of artichoke stems & cut artichokes in half. 

Directions

Remove the inedible center choke & purple leaves, then rub with lemon juice. 

Directions

Coat artichokes with olive oil, breadcrumbs, seasoning,  and a garlic clove in the center. 

Directions

Cover with tin foil & roast at 425F for 30-40 minutes.
