Melt the vegan butter. Then, add the shallots. & garlic and cook 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and spices to the pan.
Cook for 10-15 minutes until mushrooms have released juices and are becoming crispy.
Add flour & stir until it coats the mushrooms. Cook 1 more minute to toast the flour.
Add vegetable broth & soy sauce and cook another 5-10 minutes until thickened.
