First, blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then add to an ice bath.

Melt vegan butter in a pan, add the sliced almonds, and toast for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the shallots, garlic, and spices. Sauté for another 3 minutes. 

Directions

Add the blanched green beans, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the pan.

Toss together & then serve warm!
