Rinse the broccolini and pay dry. Then cut about 1 inch off the bottom of each broccolini stem and discard. Slice any large broccoli stems in half.
Next, turn on the broiler. While the broiler is preheating add the broccolini to 1-2 aluminum sheet pans leaving enough space so the broccolini has space and is not layered. Season with the oil, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder. Then use your hands to mix the broccolini with the spices until evenly coated.
Add the baking tray (s) to the oven and broil anywhere from 8-12 minutes until the broccolini is browned and crispy in the florets. Remove and serve immediately with flaky sea salt & lime wedges!
- Broiled broccolini is best enjoyed straight out of the oven. However, it will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days in a closed container. Please know it will lose some of it's crispiness in the fridge, but it will still taste great
- For a less charred flavor, you can also roast this dish. Simply preheat the oven to 400F and roast for 15- 20 minutes.
