Add the leeks, avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & chili flakes to a baking tray.

Bake the leeks at 400F  15-20 minutes and cook the pasta.

Add the almond milk, vegan butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, nutritional yeast, & garlic powder to a pan.

Simmer in pan 5-8 minutes.

Add in the pasta, peas, charred leeks & mix together.
