Lemon Sugar Cookies
Vegan butter Sugar Ground flaxseed Lemon juice Lemon zest Vanilla All-purpose flour Baking powder Salt
Make the lemon sugar cookie dough.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes- 1 hour, then scoop into balls.
Roll the cookie dough balls in sugar.
Add to a tray covered in parchment paper and bake.
