Vegan butter Sugar Dried strawberries Flax egg Vanilla
Flour Baking powder Baking soda Salt Powdered sugar
Cream vegan butter, sugar, and dried strawberries.
Mix in flax egg and vanilla extract.
Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix.
Chill the dough 30 minutes, then remove and form into cookie dough balls.
Roll the cookie dough balls in sugar.
Add to a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes.
Top with vanilla icing & extra dried strawberries.
