Press tofu & cut into cubes. Then, coat with cornstarch & gochugaru.

Make the gochujang stir fry sauce & set aside.

Add tofu to pan & stir fry for about 10 minutes until crispy.

Add garlic & gochujang sauce to the pan. Stir and cook for 1 minute until thickened.

Serve over rice with scallions, sesame seeds, & lime wedges as a garnish!
