Ingredients

Linguine Vegan butter Miso paste Nutritional yeast Oat milk Lemon juice

Mushrooms Olive oil Garlic Spinach Salt

Directions

First, make the miso butter sauce by mixing together the miso, nutritional yeast, oat milk, & lemon juice. 

Directions

Then, cook the mushrooms until crispy. 

Directions

Add in garlic & salt and sauté 2-3 more  minutes. 

Directions

Add in spinach & miso butter sauce and mix together. 

Directions

Add in cooked pasta & pasta water. Then, mix everything together.
