Directions

Line a tray with matzo and set aside.

Melt butter and brown sugar and simmer to make the toffee.

Cover the matzo with the toffee, then bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cover with chocolate chips while warm.

Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee.

Directions

Top with pecans and flaky sea salt. Then refrigerate until it hardens.
