Spicy Peanut Tofu
Firm tofu Cornstarch Peanut butter Tamari/ Soy sauce Sriracha Black vinegar Sugar Ginger Water
Coat tofu in cornstarch and bake until crispy.
Add peanut sauce ingredients to blender & blend until smooth.
Mix everything together in a skillet until warm & serve over rice noodles.
